How Wise uses your registration
When you register for the Skýjavakt demo, Wise keeps the details you give us so that we can follow up on your registration. This notice says what we keep, why, for how long, and what you can ask of us.
Who we are
Wise ehf., an Icelandic company, decides how these details are used. For anything about your details, email personuvernd@wise.is. You can also call Wise on +354 545 3200, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 Iceland time.
What we keep
- Your name, company, work email and country.
- How many Business Central customers you serve, and what you would like from us.
- When you agreed to this notice, and which version of it you agreed to.
- When you first registered, and when you last did.
What we do not keep
We do not record your IP address, your browser, or what you do in the demo. The demo sets one cookie, which only remembers that you have registered so that the demo opens for you. It holds nothing that identifies you, and it expires after 90 days.
Why we keep it
Only to follow up on your registration, for example to offer the environment review or the conversation you asked for. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them or give them to anyone outside Wise.
We keep them because you agreed to it when you ticked the box on the form. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
Where they are kept, and who can read them
In Wise's Microsoft Azure subscription, in the EU (West Europe). Only the Wise staff responsible for Skýjavakt can read them.
How long we keep them
For 12 months after you last registered. Then they are deleted automatically.
Your rights
Email personuvernd@wise.is to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or to withdraw your agreement, which deletes them. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
If you think we have handled your details wrongly, you can complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (personuvernd.is) or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
